About This Policy

Linhao Cui (trading as Zombie AI Trend Art) operates the AI video service at zombieaitrend.art. This policy explains how we handle information for guest orders. For privacy questions, contact cuilinhao2021@gmail.com. No account is required.

Information We Process

We process your two uploaded photos, selected story and video format, consent confirmation, order ID, email address, payment identifiers and status, generation task and moderation results, and generated video. Your email is used for order records, Stripe checkout and customer support. The website does not currently deliver videos by email or offer email-based self-service order recovery.

Requests also include technical information such as IP address and browser details. We use necessary request information to operate the site, limit abuse and protect orders. Stripe handles payment card details on its hosted checkout; we do not store full card numbers.

Private Order Access and Browser Storage

Your order ID and private access token are saved in browser localStorage so you can return to the order page on that browser. We also store your cookie consent choice. Anyone with your private link or saved access details can access the order; keep them confidential. Use Copy private link or Save private link file on your private order page before closing it. Clearing browser storage or changing devices can remove access unless you have saved these details.

Photos, Videos and Retention

We send reference photos to Kie for photo safety review and video generation. Photos stored by us are scheduled for deletion after successful video delivery. Unpaid photos are scheduled for removal when checkout expires or, at the latest under the normal cleanup schedule, about 24 hours after order creation. For paid orders that fail or need review, remaining photos are scheduled for removal by about 48 hours after payment confirmation, and may be removed sooner when a refund or payment review revokes access. Cleanup failures are retried, so these are scheduled retention periods rather than a guarantee of immediate physical deletion.

Completed videos remain available for 14 days from generation completion, then expire and are scheduled for deletion. Refunds or payment disputes can revoke access sooner. Download your video within that period.

Order, payment and moderation records do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule. We retain records needed to provide support, reconcile payments, prevent fraud and meet applicable legal or audit requirements. Contact us to request access or deletion; we may retain records that remain necessary for these purposes.

Service Providers and International Processing

Cloudflare hosts the website and stores order records in D1 and private media in R2. Kie processes photos for safety review and AI video generation. Stripe processes payments and refunds. Google provides optional Google Analytics statistics after your consent. These providers may process information in countries other than your own, and their own privacy terms govern processing they perform for their services.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose necessary information to respond to lawful requests, resolve payments or protect users and the service. Each provider’s processing and retention practices are described in its privacy terms.

Optional Analytics

Google Analytics is enabled only after you accept optional analytics. It runs on public pages, and excludes private order pages and order tokens or email addresses from analytics events and page URLs. We do not use session replay tools or advertising on this service. You can change your analytics choice using Cookie settings. Necessary browser storage for order access and consent works without optional analytics.

Security and Your Choices

We use HTTPS, private media storage, signed media links and order access tokens. Keep your private link and saved file secure; no internet service can guarantee complete security. You can ask for access, correction or deletion by emailing cuilinhao2021@gmail.com with your order ID and a description of the request. We may verify that you are entitled to the data. Do not send your access token, full card number or private photos in an initial support message.

Changes to This Policy

We update this page and its date when the policy changes. Material changes will be explained on the service where appropriate.
