Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By using Zombie AI Trend Art, you agree to these terms and the linked policies. If you do not agree, do not place an order. These terms do not limit rights that applicable consumer law gives you.

Description of Service

One order purchases a customized 25-second 720P AI video from two reference photos, with portrait or landscape framing. The generation prompt requests natural scene audio without background music. AI results can vary and may contain visual or audio imperfections; example videos are illustrations rather than a promise of an identical result.

Guest Orders and Private Delivery

No account is required. Order access uses an order ID and private token stored in your browser localStorage. Use Copy private link or Save private link file on your private order page before closing it, and keep it confidential. There is no current email video delivery or email-based self-service recovery.

Payment confirmation starts processing. If a video is not delivered within 24 hours after payment confirmation, including a generation order held for review, it enters the automatic full refund process instead of repeated generation. A confirmed technical generation failure also enters that process. Payment disputes and refunds that fail or require reconciliation are handled with support.

Completed videos can be previewed and downloaded from the private order page for 14 days from generation completion. Refunds, payment disputes or prohibited content can end access sooner. Save your video before it expires.

Acceptable Use

Only upload photos you own or have permission to use, with consent from identifiable people. Any people shown must be adults (18 or older). You must not submit unlawful, sexual, child-unsafe, graphic, deceptive or infringing content, impersonate others, or attempt to bypass safety checks or access another order. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

Payment, Cancellation and Refunds

Each order is a one-time USD $5.00 payment through Stripe hosted checkout, with no subscription or recurring billing. Check your photos and settings before paying. You can leave checkout before completing payment; using its cancel link after a payment has succeeded does not reverse that payment.

Processing may start immediately after payment confirmation. We cannot guarantee cancellation or changes to photos once processing starts. Confirmed generation failure and delivery beyond the 24-hour deadline trigger full refunds to the original payment method. Contact support for duplicate charges, technical delivery faults or a result materially different from the purchased service. See the Refund Policy for timing, other requests and statutory rights.

Your Content and Service Content

You remain responsible for the rights and permissions needed for uploaded material and your use of generated results. You authorize us and the providers needed to process your inputs and deliver the ordered video. AI output may not be exclusive or eligible for copyright protection in every jurisdiction; we do not guarantee rights to third-party likenesses or material. Site design and original service content remain subject to their owners’ rights.

Service Restrictions and Liability

We may restrict abusive access or remove unlawful or prohibited results. Access restrictions do not remove any refund entitlement under our policy or applicable law. We may change or suspend the service, while addressing outstanding paid orders under the delivery and refund policy.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from use of the service. This limitation does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and Contact

We update these terms and the date on this page when they change. Questions about orders or these terms can be sent to cuilinhao2021@gmail.com. Include the order ID, and do not send a private token or full payment card details. The service is operated by Linhao Cui (trading as Zombie AI Trend Art) at zombieaitrend.art.
