We screen the generation prompt and automatically screen uploaded photos before checkout. Kie.ai’s content safety checker is enabled during video generation. Automated checks may miss prohibited content; we investigate reports and may remove violating results. We may reject orders, withhold or remove prohibited results, and restrict abusive access. Outstanding paid orders are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights. We keep moderation decisions for audit. We do not run a public gallery.

Use the report control on your private order page or email cuilinhao2021@gmail.com with the order ID and a description. We investigate reports, remove violating content and handle order issues under our Refund Policy.
