Purchase and Delivery

Each order is a customized digital video: one 25-second 720P video for a one-time USD $5.00 payment. Generation starts after payment confirmation. Delivery is through your private order page, with preview and download for 14 days from generation completion. Use Copy private link or Save private link file; videos are not currently delivered by email.

Automatic Full Refunds

A confirmed technical generation failure triggers an automatic full refund to your original payment method. If no video is delivered within 24 hours after payment confirmation, including a generation order held for review, the order enters the automatic full refund process. We do not keep submitting new generation tasks indefinitely. Payment disputes, external or partial refunds, and failed refunds require support reconciliation to avoid duplicate refunds.

Cancellation and Changes

Before completing payment, you may leave Stripe checkout or use its cancel link. An unpaid order does not begin video generation. Once payment is confirmed, processing can start immediately and we cannot guarantee cancellation or changes to the photos. A checkout cancel link does not reverse a completed payment. Contact support promptly about a cancellation request; eligibility is assessed against the processing status and applicable law.

Delivered Results and Other Issues

AI results are personalized and may vary. A change of mind, a different aesthetic preference or a wish to use other photos does not by itself trigger an automatic refund after delivery. Contact cuilinhao2021@gmail.com for technical faults, duplicate charges or a video materially different from the purchased service. We review these issues and provide a refund or another appropriate remedy where warranted. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.

How Refunds Are Processed

Eligible refunds return the full USD $5.00 order price to the original payment method. After a refund is issued, banks commonly take approximately 5–10 business days to show the credit; timing depends on your bank. A prompt refund can appear as removal of the original charge instead of a separate credit. Your private order page shows refund progress. If the refund fails or remains unresolved, support must reconcile it; the delivery deadline is the start of the refund process, not a guarantee that bank funds arrive within 24 hours.

Email cuilinhao2021@gmail.com with your order ID, a short description and the date of the payment or issue. Do not send your private link, access token or full card number in the initial message. We aim to respond as soon as possible and help resolve the order. Refunds revoke access to the associated media.
